Faulty & Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you have received defective or damaged goods, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your goods and include photographs of the damage or error. Do not worry, we will get a replacement item shipped out to you as soon as possible!
We cannot accept any claims for faulty goods if they have been used, worn or in any way tampered with and we cannot accept any consequential losses relating to the purchase of these goods.
Please register the problem by contacting us at sales@worldwecan.com providing your Name, Order number & Photos of the problem and a brief explanation.
– The item has to be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with its unique tag.
You will receive a reply from us and if the exchange is approved we will organize a replacement for you.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
You can return the item before 14 days and you acknowledge the following: as our products are handmade, made personally on demand for you and its earnings donated to humanitarian projects, we are unable to fully cover the extra costs of reproduction and shipping. We want you to be happy and stay with us in our mission, so we will manufacture the new product and send it to you with a special return cost!
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacture facilities prior receiving our confirmation.
Always make sure to check the Size Guide provided within each listing together with the detailed Product Description before placing your order. Compare the sizing of the product with products you already own. Remember that our mission is to help good humanitarian causes. The products are the medium to help these great causes. If you are not completelly happy with the size you chose, we will reproduce a new product with a generous discount/special price. This way you can donate the previous product to someone in need or gift it to a friend or a family member. This increases the positive impact and helps us continue our work! We are also looking to invest in warehousing and stocking to offer more exchange options in the future. You can help us invest in warehousing and stocking by making a donation at our crowdfunding campaign. This helps children and other powerful humanitarian projects at the same time. And we prove it with photos and gps location of each donation!
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you an exchange.
As all our products are personally manufactured on demand for you and to donate its earnings to humanitarian projects, we currently are not able to offer refunds.
The following items are non-returnable:

– Downloadable software products
– Health and personal care items
Shipping
Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacture facilities prior receiving our confirmation.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items, the shipping company is the one responsible to deliver the item.
Other Reasons for Return
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier or addressee unknown, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. We are not able to cover reshipment costs, so you will be liable for reshipment costs once you have sent the correct address and we have confirmed the updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and as we are not able to cover reshipments. You will be liable for the cost of the reshipment. If we do not hear from you within 14 days your item will be donated to someone in need!
